Provider Relation

Responsibility :

• Network development of new and existing hospitals.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with hospitals.
• Perform hospitals orientations and ongoing education.
• Handling Complaints in accordance with the scope of authority.
• Perform hospitals orientations and ongoing education.
• Verify and review provider web applications and maintain hospitals information in the database.
• Responsible for analysis and explanation of contractual guidelines and policies.
• Make reports and presentations.
• Willing to carry out other additional tasks related to the needs / development of the Company according to the relevant competencies.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Provider Relations in Insurance/ TPA or Hospital.
• Proven experience in consistently exceeding quota/target.
• Computer literate.
• Strong in communications.
• Target oriented.
• Good communication.
• Well-Groomed.
