Job Description
- Manage and monitor social media and digital space.
- Perform SEO optimizations.
- Collaborate with Campaign Planner to conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, and design content requirements to support the success of marketing campaigns.
- Create and execute marketing/advertising strategies through trend analysis, competitor analysis, and audience analysis.
- Implement strategies and create marketing/advertising campaigns in digital space, including creating content ideas, budget planning, editorial planning, and placement through KOLs, Facebook Ads, or Google Ads.
- Create benchmarks, report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and evaluate targets (sessions, transactions, revenue, ROAS, new users, app installs, CPS, CPO & CPI).
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Business, or other related fields in Digital Marketing are preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads & Google Ads will be a plus point.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with analyzing and planning marketing strategies through digital platforms (such as social media).
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude towards work.
- Honest, proactive, innovative, creative, detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure, and able to adapt quickly.
