Job Description
- Melakukan preventive dan corrective maintenance terhadap endpoint devices (laptop, desktop, printer)
- Melakukan pencatatan asset IT.
- Mensupport user (1st level) dalam hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan IT.
- Memastikan security terhadap endpoint devices.
- Koordinasi dengan internal IT, maupun external (Vendor) terkait adanya kebutuhan pengadaan penambahan perangkat IT
Requirements
- Minimal Pendidikan SMK Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan.
- Minimal pengalaman selama 1 tahun sebagai IT Support.
- Mampu melakukan Installasi dan Troubleshooting hardware PC, Laptop (khususnya pada brand Lenovo, HP, Dell) dan printer.
- Mampu melakukan dasar instalasi dan troubleshooting jaringan (crimping kabel RJ45, pengecekan koneksi jaringan, konfigurasi LAN Peer to Peer, IP address,mapping file sharing).
- Mampu melakukan instalasi dan troubleshooting software (OS Windows, Driver, Antivirus, Microsoft Office).
- Mampu melakukan clonning dengan menggunakan tools Acronis True Image, Norton Ghost dan sejenisnya.
- Freshgraduate dengan pengalaman internship serupa dipersilahkan untuk melamar.
- Penempatan BSD, Tangerang Selatan
