- Manage all customers communications handled by the team
- Respond and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to drive product adoption and sales
- Analyze customer data to identify upsell opportunities
- Inform our product development based on customer feedback
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience in ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
- Experience in a SaaS company is preferred
- Experience in setting up and managing CRM tools such as HubSpot is preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
