Job Description
- Conduct user research to gather insights into user behaviors and needs.
- Analyze and interpret research data to identify actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product design.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
- Involved in sketching, prototyping, and on some occasions, user testing.
- Present the stages of the design development to business users (and vice versa).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user research and UX design.
Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience in UX research for digital products or more.
- Strong understanding of NFTs and blockchain technology.
- Proficiency in various research methodologies.
- Proficiency in using prototype software tools such as Figma.
- Technical knowledge in software development, especially website.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
