Internal Communication Intern

Job Description
  • Assisst to Maintain internal communications platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletter, Google Space)
  • Develop articles to amplify corporate activities/initiatives
  • Support other business units by assisting the internal communication requests
  • Coordinate, design & load relevant and timely content for social media and email
  • Review, proof-read and edit the content of the internal news
  • Work on the delivery of internal engagement for a variety of projects e.g. posters, social media, and videos
  • Contribute to RedDoorz’s corporate mission by supporting the communication & engagement projects
  • Research and write internal emails and news stories including stories about our amazing people
  • Upload and refresh content across our digital channels
Requirements
  • Fresh Graduate from any major
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Bahasa
  • Strategic and creative mindset
  • Have previous experience in managing website content and social media tools preferable
  • Be curious to learn about internal communications and employee engagement and gain experience in a busy and ambitious team
