Associate Product Manager

Job Description
  • Define and manage the product roadmap for our product, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and direction.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the the product meets quality, performance, and scalability requirements.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure that the user interface and user experience of our product is intuitive and aligned with user needs.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop effective messaging and positioning for our product and to ensure that sales and marketing efforts are aligned with product strategy.
  • Work closely with customer support teams to understand customer feedback and incorporate this feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure the success of our product, and use this data to inform product decisions.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and direction
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
